What is your Shipping Policy?Shipping restrictions - Sometimes there are shipping restrictions on the types of products that can be sent to certain countries. We will notify in the case that your order may have any issues with being shipped. Lost packages - There may be several reasons why packages may be lost. Firstly, please ensure that your address and contact information is up to date and correct. If these are all correct, please refer to the tracking or reference number. If the tracking or reference number is showing any problems with delivery, please contact your local courier in order to arrange re-delivery or to find out your delivery options. If your package is not collected within designated period by the courier, it may be returned to us. In that case, a re-delivery will incur extra fees depending on the package volume and weight. We will contact you and let you know the costs at that point. If the tracking shows the package has been delivered, yet it has not, this needs to be raised with your local courier and resolved with your local courier. Once a package has left our facility and we have provided receipt and evidence of shipping, the delivery of the package is based on the courier's responsibility.

What is your Returns and Exchange Policy?We do not accept returns or exchanges unless a product has arrived faulty. Please ensure that you take a video when unboxing your package to prove that a product has arrived faulty. Failure to provide proof, it will be difficult for our company to reimburse the customer.
